Meeting Disclosure:

1. Voting on the election plan of the Foundation Council: Confirmation of the basic organizational structure and election plan of the Foundation Council, and confirmation of the implementation plan of the SC DAO program.

Resolutions of the Board Meeting:

(1) To elect a president and an honorary president of the board of directors, who will be elected through a differential candidate recommended by the foundation, and to complete the recommendation by 630

(2) To elect an executive vice president, who will be responsible for the daily work of the Council

(3) Election of 5 members of the Executive Committee, the Chairman and the Executive Vice Chairman will be automatically elected, the Foundation will recommend 1 member, the project side will recommend 1 member and the service organization will recommend 1 member.

The above election will be held at the second council meeting to confirm the implementation plan of the SC DAO program.

(1) The existing DAO model does not solve the problem of execution and efficiency, but the new SC DAO model must be explored and developed.

(2) A bonus of up to 2% of the SC DAO development and operation will be set from the user incentive program administered by the SC Foundation

(3) SCDAO is required to be able to operate independently from the Board of Directors
